  • Agency Mission
    It is the Algarve Golf Guru intention and aim to give all our existing and future clients value and customer service at all times,  and we hope booking with us will give you the best golf holiday ever.
  • Booking Information
    These booking conditions form the basis of your contract. All holidays and golf times are subject to availability. Starting Times: Most courses in the Algarve use the crossover system which means players going out from first and tenth tee simultaneously. For these courses (signalised with **) tee times available will be from 7:30 till 10:15 am and then from 12:30 till 5 hours before darkness. We guarantee all tee times given allow for a full round of golf. Golf Courses will require proof of handicap for all players (Handicap Certificate), Soft spikes and also all players to observe the Etiquette of Golf including their course repairs and maintenance. When booking tee times for 2, 3,  5 or 6 players, the golf courses reserve the right to make all matches up to a 4 balls.
  • Booking Procedure
    On application the agency will provide the client with all details, quotations, prices and availability for accommodation, car hire, discounted golf fees, golf packages etc, and all relevant information appertaining to the clients request, all prices quoted on our web page will be confirmed by reply. On request from the client and receipted deposits we will make firm your booking. The initial booking fee to commence the booking process will be made case per case according to the distance for arrival and first game. The balance of the account is to be paid in cash ( Euros) at our Reception on arrival where golf vouchers etc will be issued. In special cases vouchers may be issued at your Hotel, Airport, or other mutually agreed location. Deposits not received in time will lead to cancellation of provisional bookings.
  • Cancellations
    Any cancellations have to be 45 days prior to arrival. In this case a full refund less €20 euros administration charge will be made. If cancelled with less than 30 days, booking fees will be at the discretion of the golf course management and the Agency cannot be liable for recompense, but will endeavor to inquire regarding individual cases. In the case of inclement weather which causes the closure of the course, the client should have his voucher stamped by the golf course reception and alternative arrangements will be made by the agency, together with the golf course, i.e. Additional tee time, recompense, green fee voucher for future dates.
  • Insurance
    It is the responsibility of the client to obtain adequate insurance cover for, Personal Injury, Third Party Cover, Death, Theft, Accidents, Illness, Fines, Legal Costs, Flight Cancellations or any other factor based outside the inclusive holiday arrangements with the Agency. The Agency will accept responsibility for loss or damage you may suffer as a result of negligence by our staff, but will not be responsible for negligence or damage caused to accommodation, cars, personal defects or third parties.
  • Baggage
    Clients are responsible for the safe custody of all personal baggage including Golf bags, and other personal possessions.
  • Travel Documents
    Clients are solely responsible for their own passports, travel documents, health care certificates or visas that may be required.
  • Liability to the Client
    The Agency has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the golf holiday advertised has been properly arranged and the hotels and other organizations used are reputable, however the agency has no direct control over such businesses and it shall not be liable for their acts or omissions. Furthermore all bookings are subject to any terms, conditions and limitation of liability imposed by such businesses. The agency does not purport to exclude any liability to the client that results from its own negligence.
  • Behavior
    If in the opinion of ourselves, accommodation manager or such people in authority you are behaving in such a way as to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others or damage to property, your holiday arrangements may be terminated by either ourselves or associated parties concerned, in this situation we will have no liability to you and will not be responsible for making any refunds, paying any compensation or meeting any costs or expenses you incur as a result. Further you must meet any costs or expenses we incur as a result of your behavior.
  • Additional Golf Conditions
    It is the players responsibility to be on time for their respective tee time, as lateness can result in refusal by the courses to play that day, this again is at the discretion of the golf course management and can create a non-refundable situation, and 20 Euros administration charge.
  • Green Fees, Package Prices, Cart / Reservation System and Exchange Rate
    Our cart system allows you to make customized requests and create a personalized golf experience. All requests will be verified by one of our staff members who will then validate your request and give you a confirmation of the tee times, on the dates you requested , as well as the availability for the extras that you may have chosen. Certain items such as buggies, electric trolleys and clubs rental are subject to quotations as such, those prices cannot be quoted until confirmed by us and will not appear on your request form. All prices in your cart will be marked with £0.00. We will reply back as soon as possible with our quotations and prices, ensuring you get the best price possible for the services you require. All prices in your quotation will be based on the current Exchange Rate. Payment is in Pounds.

Any attempt to use our system in a fraudulent way or in any other way that can compromise the intended usage of the website and cart / request system will result in a cancellation of your request.
